Café Chancakes

3 Tbsp oil | |||
1+ cup milk |
What to have?
- 160 g all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp malted milk powder
- 1.25 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp canola oil (or butter)
- 1–1.25 cups whole milk (start with 1, add more if needed)
- butterscotch chips (optional)
- chocolate chips (optional)
- banana, sliced (optional)
What to do with it?
Measure the flour, malted milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Set it aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, oil, and milk. Add the dry ingredients, and mix well (making sure any large clumps are destroyed).
Use the batter to make pancakes, adding in the optional ingredients as desired.
